Feed the Fasting

As we prepare for the upcoming suhoor and iftar feasts this Ramadan, it’s important to remember that impoverished communities worry about having enough food for their families by the time the sun goes down

Zakat

We are extra cautious while dealing with Zakat funds and make sure that the beneficiaries fall under the eight designated categories as defined in the Holy Quran and specified by the Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Sadaqah

Sadaqah is a voluntary act of charity performed out of kindness, generosity, compassion, friendship or faith.

Fidyah & Kaffarah

Fidyah and Kaffarah are to be given only to the poor and needy to compensate for breaking these obligations, which in turn benefit members of the larger community who are in dire need of financial assistance.

Fitrana

Every Muslim who has food in excess of their needs must pay Zakat ul Fitr (Fitrana). Unlike Zakat, it is incumbent on everyone in your household.

Orphan Support & Child Protection

Conflicts and natural disasters significantly affect children’s psychosocial well-being and development. At Muslim Response USA, we invest in the future of orphan children to help them live a better life. Your donations enable us to help children who need it the most.

Gaza Emergency

The air strikes and violence in besieged Gaza Strip have killed at least 32 Palestinians including 6 children.
